So, many of you have asked and here it is, my new address: 950 Felicity Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. No house phone, but my cell phone stays the same, for now at least: 541-510-1848. Email the same: sarah.bliss@gmail.com.

I adore my house; it is located in a "transitional" neighborhood in the Lower Garden District of New Orleans. We are down the street from what used to be housing projects and is now what we call "Pleasantville" because it looks exactly like that- bright yellow and pink houses with perfectly green lawns and white victorian awnings. It is a little frightening and I have mixed feelings about tearing down the housing projects. We are down the street from a Baptist church and there's a dive bar and an ice cream parlor just around the corner. Getting moved in has been stressful and broke the bank, but it's nice to get settled into a new home and the city is really growing on me, especially the snoball (sno cone) stands and how everyone calls you "baby."
