Eastward Ho

So, I'm still in San Fran, but headed for DC on Wednesday. I will stay with my housemate Mark and go to Red Cross training. By Friday I will know my life plan (well, at least for the next few months) when TFA releases an official plan for us. What I am really drawn to is teaching in houston or baton rouge as part of an emergency corps. I mean I can't even imagine what will happen if all these NO schoolchildren can't go to school...chaos, i suppose. So, I hope that will work out, and then I will be put to good use. If that falls through, I would like to be a part of the general relief work of cleaning up after Katrina, or working with the shelters in another form. So, that's me. I hope you are all doing well.
